If you are having trouble logging into BGI’s premium area (myBGI), please check the following:
1. CORRECT USERNAME AND PASSWORD
Double-check to make sure that you’re using the username that you signed up with and make sure your CAPS Lock button isn’t on (unless your username and password are both in all caps).
2. AVOID VPN ACCESS
Using a VPN to access the site can interfere with authentication. Please attempt to login from outside of your VPN connection.
3. ENABLE COOKIES

To enable cookies in Safari, please follow these steps:
- From home screen go to Settings > Safari
- Make sure “Block All Cookies” is turned off
